While the incident is on-going, we will use the provided contact details to contact you about the incident, and may use any provided data files to help us reproduce the issues you’re having in order to help solve your problems.

ShiftPlanner Peek doesn’t contain any in-app purchases. The original purchase of the app from the App Store is managed through Apple or Google via their stores.

We do not collect any monitoring data from the app.

We DO NOT collect any details which would allow us to contact you directly so will never send you marketing messages.

Your data is stored on the device itself within the app. Deleting the app from your phone will delete your settings for the app.

We do not keep backups within the app or on our servers so it is your responsibility to make sure your app is backed up using the tools available on your phone.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information.

To best protect your data, use commercially recognised and accepted techniques and systems to protect it.

Your data is always encrypted when being transmitted to and from our servers, and we have active monitoring and auditing facilities to ensure the best possible levels of service, security and confidence.
