Manage Your People
The People Tab is where you can see an overview of the members of your workforce. It displays details for each person including:
- Their name and details
- Their contact information (email, phone, MyShiftPlanner log-in etc.)
- Their permission settings so that you can manage their access to Manager
The People Tab gives you a comprehensive summary of your team, so that you can effectively schedule them for their work.
Before you start using Manager, you will need to add your workforce. Navigate to the Team Tab and tap + to begin. Or click on the link below for more information.
Once you have added your workforce, you can group them into Work Teams. This is especially useful for rota coverage.
Once you’ve set up your workforce and your work teams, they will appear in the Scheduler tab ready to be assigned shifts.
